Your account (name, email, hashed password), brand kits, captions, generated images and uploaded photos, and access tokens for the social accounts you connect (encrypted at rest). Post metrics (reach, likes, comments) are fetched from Meta/LinkedIn APIs for posts Likho published.
Likho publishes only what you schedule or approve. You can disconnect a channel any time (Brand → Channels → Remove), which deletes its token. We never post without a scheduled or explicit action from your account.
Text and (optionally) images you submit to the assistant or caption generator are sent to Google Gemini or Groq to generate a reply. Assistant image/voice uploads are deleted within one hour. We do not train models on your data.
We count visitors with a daily anonymous hash (no cookies, no personal data). Language is remembered in a cookie you choose.
Plans are paid manually (bank / JazzCash / Easypaisa / Payoneer / Wise) and approved by our team. No card numbers are stored.
Email info@arqodigital.com to delete your account and data. Data deletion for Meta: same address — we remove tokens and all content within 7 days.
